Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa is a 420-room, all-inclusive beachfront resort on ten acres overlooking Maho Bay, minutes from the airport. The resort features five restaurants, a pizzeria, and five bars, along with the Oasis Pool (swim-up bar and waterslide) and Maho Beach, well known for its close-up views of arriving aircraft. This card is a separate bonus for future travel and cannot be applied toward this trip. There is no deadline to qualify.
- • Right now, you can book your room only for a $50 per person deposit. Starting September 25, 2026, the group plans to book flights together as well -- that bundled flight + room booking will require a $300 per person deposit at that time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a special code to book?
No -- there's no special code needed to book. After you register, Parker Travel puts together a quote for your trip; once you accept it, we send you a payment link for the deposit amount. Once enough of the group has booked, we also qualify for a group discount code, which Parker Travel applies to everyone's reservation on the back end -- there's nothing extra for you to do for that part.
Does registering book my trip?
No -- registering adds you to the group and gets your preferences and headcount on file. It doesn't book or pay for anything. Parker Travel will follow up separately with a quote and a payment link to actually book your reservation.
Is there a bonus for booking early?
Yes! Anyone who registers and reaches a paid deposit or confirmed reservation will receive a complimentary $200 hotel savings card through Parker Select Rewards -- a special incentive Parker Travel is offering to reward booking early. There is no deadline to qualify. This card is a separate bonus for future travel -- it can't be applied toward this trip. Reach out to Parker Travel once you've registered to get your deposit started.
How do I pay my deposit or trip balance?
Parker Travel sends you a payment link for both your deposit and, later, your trip balance -- there's no phone call to take your card details and no credit card authorization form to sign. Just follow the link and pay securely online whenever a payment is due.
What if I decline travel protection/insurance?
If Parker Travel offers travel protection during your booking call and you decide not to purchase it, you'll be asked to sign a short waiver from our host agency, InteleTravel, confirming you were offered coverage and chose to decline. It's a standard industry form -- it just documents your decision and takes a minute to sign.
What's the difference between the $50 and $300 deposit?
Right now, you can register and book your room only for a $50 per person deposit. Starting September 25, 2026, the group plans to book flights together with the room as well -- that bundled flight + room booking will require a $300 per person deposit at that time instead. Either way, your deposit isn't charged at registration -- Parker Travel calls you individually to finalize your choice and take the deposit that applies.
